You've built
a serious career.
What comes next
is the harder part.

With 20 years evaluating investment teams and managing institutional capital allocation, I serve as a thought partner to leaders handling the decisions, transitions, and internal pressures that shape a career.

Who I Work With

Emerging Managers

Building more than a track record

You are building a firm, a team, and a way of leading that investors and colleagues can trust. The friction: LP expectations, partnership dynamics, and the weight of scaling.

Senior Partners

Managing what comes next

You are balancing growth, transition, succession, or the question of what comes next. You want a thought partner who understands both the external stakes and the internal weight.

High-Potential Talent

Growing into greater responsibility

You are being trusted with more and want to grow into that responsibility with real judgment, presence, and confidence. Moving beyond technical excellence to the leadership the next level demands.

20 years in the seat.

I've sat across from hundreds of investment teams — PE, venture, hedge funds — in rooms where capital, people, and outcomes were all on the line. That perspective is what I bring to coaching.

Two decades evaluating investment teams, from emerging managers to established firms, have taught me what actually matters: conviction under uncertainty, partnership alignment, and the judgment to lead through transitions. I bring that institutional perspective, grounded in evidence-based coaching practice, to leaders navigating the decisions that shape their careers and firms. Marathon running and raising my son continue to inform how I think about pacing and sustained performance.
